  Not even worth 1 star! After I signed a purchase contract and got finance approved, they asked for additional $4500 which was NOT in the contract and was never mentioned. NO apology offered , instead they tried to put blame on me. But once again, THERE IS NO DEPOSIT on the contract! Also just to make matters worse interest rate initially quoted was 5.7% which jumped to 6.1% once finance been approved. Contract cancelled. I left the dealership extremely disappointed and would recommend everyone to TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE! I've owned BMW's for past 20 years and changed them on average every two years. This was the worth experience out of all I've had in 20 years.

  Very helpful advice from salesperson Carl Li who greatly assisted with our initial enquiry when we inspected and test drove an X5 30D recently.
  
  Was close to doing a deal, however delay tactics and trying to squeeze a final $300 by the sales manager on duty ended up losing the sale.
  
  Trivett sales manager recommended we contact a few other BMW dealerships as Trivett were confident they offered the best price.
  
  Called up Sylvania BMW on Monday on an X5 with a HIGHER advertised price than Trivett BMW Parramatta and gave an offer, with a further discussion and prompt acceptance. No haggling or trying to march up my price with final purchase price LESS than Trivett BMW Parramatta’s best offer.
  
  Now a happy new owner on a new X5.
  
  Overall whilst we did not end up purchasing from Trivett Parramatta, would like to make a special commendation to Carl Li who greatly assisted with the purchase process. Would also like to thank the sales manager for their pragmatic advice to get a comparison price as we are very satisfied with our purchase from Sylvania BMW.
