  Bought a new ranger in 2020, the Ute over revs all the time and sometimes loses all power. Took it to Thomson Ford 3 times within 2 years. Each time they just reset the learn told me to drive it for 5000kms for the car to relearn and said the problem was fixed. And they refused to look at it even after I told them the problem is still there.
  
  Finally, I took the ranger to power Ford at castle Hill, they found that the transmission valve body was faulty and replaced it straight away and solved the problem.
  
  Would not go back to Thomson Ford, easily the most useless service centre I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

  Friendly service. Always do my ford servicing with them. Quite a rush during morning hours.

  The worst service centre 2nd time in a row.
  This service centre is a joke and a waste of time, they booked me in for a service on Saturday and said there will be a loan vehicle as and they will be able to check the engine idling issue. When I got there at 7:30 on a Saturday, they had no loan vehicle for Ford and no Ford techs to look at the idling issue on top of that the last service, they forgot to complete the service history log book. So they waste your time and the response you get from the skilled staff is, I'll let them know you are waiting and this is all I can do .Than why in the first place would you bring me for a recall and say you can provide Ford services on a Saturday. Do you know that we have lives and jobs as well that we need to attend too. The drustration and anxiety that you put people through. Ford should re-think it affiliation with you as a service provider. So now what good is the vehicle with a manufacturer recall and your failed service. I might as well just park it back onto fords lot for resale.

  These guys have always helped me out !
  Ever since I moved to Sydney 10 years ago and have now owned to Ford Escape SUV they always do their best in customer service
  I miss the Ford service centre at Dixon St Parramatta but they still do a great job at the new premises in Rouse Hill

  These guys will make spend fortune on unnessary repairs .and replace parts that isn't faulty .These guys are disgrace to service centre's stay away from these people .They are a Rip off machines and made me change many parts and charged me about $1000 and the problem wasn't solved !!!!

  Worst company ever dealt with. Rip off merchants , will find everything wrong in your car . Don;t honour their own words and service jobs. pathetic customer service , rude and arrogant . Won't recommend to anyone. Stay away from this place
