- Emily L Added May 17, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We booked for a large group to celebrate a birthday and were very excited by the concept behind the restaurant. Unfortunately we did not have a good night. The food was sub par and the customer service was appalling. We had booked for a certain amount of people and a small number of people ended up not attending as is quite normally the case with large dinner parties. Management asked us to pay for the people who did not attend which we thought was quite unusual but we acquiesced. One of my friends, very reasonably, gave some feedback to management regarding being charged people who did not attend and was met with absolute disrespect. After management heatedly explaining their stance, they decided not to continue the conversation and abruptly left. This left a bitter taste in our mouth. The food was extremely average. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. There are much better places to eat out at in Parramatta.
