- Florence Chan Added November 12, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was shock when I went for my 6 monthly appointment today 22 Jun 2016. HCF has done away with the spittoons (receptacles where patients rinse their mouths and spit into them) during treatments. I was given a disposable plastic cup to spit into and another plastic cup with water to rinse my mouth. Condition was like in a 3rd world country. The doctor had to stop what he was doing to train a young nurse in the procedures whilst I waited in the dentist chair. When I inquire I was told management had sent his regular nurse elsewhere and given him a new nurse. Come on HCF be fair, we pay good premiums and we expect better service and treatment. I am disgusted.
