- Chloe Gilmour Added October 13, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★Came in today with a thought that I wouldn’t be able to get the results I wanted because I had black box dye on my hair but after a quick few hours with Charbel and the two amazing women that were there I got a better out come then I thought. It was a lot lighter then I thought was possible and my hair feels healthier then it did before. The whole service was amazing definitely coming back :)

The washing process felt like a complete head massage. His color correction was totally amazing and I had a great time too. I will definitely be coming back.

While I was trying to find on my phone what type of colour treatment I wanted the two girls I asked kept glancing at one another (I think they thought I didn’t notice). Gives off a toxic environment vibe. I would say not professional if they are giving each other looks as a bet that I can’t afford it. And if they think that that’s fine, that’s their opinion. The pricing though is overpriced and that’s easy to compare to other hair salons in Parramatta. It’s also easy to tell this when the salon has no customers and there’s 3-5 staff available. Might help if the price was more reasonable
