  The Fiori was the worst apartments I've ever stayed in throughout Australia. The apartment was filthy, the exhaust fans and lights didn't work properly and the large gas stove outlet was so corroded that it was unusable. The exhaust fan and light didn't work over the stove and oven so the fire alarm went off multiple times (to which no staff seemed concerned about at all). The floor boards are cracked open and warping and the beds aren't on castors so be prepared to wake up on the other side of the bedroom. We didn't have sufficient cuttlery and crockery. To top it all off, right out side our apartment window, there is major construction of a multiplex apartment next door that start construction at 5:30am. I would never recommend this place or ever stay here again. We talked to other guests in the lift and they were just as disgusted in the the quality. Save yourself and look elsewhere.

  The night desk staff were friendly but the day staff were dismissive. The laundry was piled in the car parking area and wasn't cleared for the 10 days we were there. Rooms were badly in need of maintenance - ripped blinds, broken cupboards etc. The walls were dirty as were the windows and balcony. Sheets were marked and one bed had a urine stained mattress. Everything had to be cleaned before use. Hair in the bathroom and shower recess, mold underneath the washing machine lid, cockroaches on the balcony, the dishwasher didn't work at all and the dryer was a fire hazard, cutting off after 10 mins due to overheating. For an extended stay( with 4 guests in a room) you receive 2 rolls of toilet paper and when you run out they charge you $2 a roll for replacements. If you ask for more bath towels you are told to wash the ones you have, even if they're already grey and stained. The washing machine was already filled with the last guests soap powder and hair and fluff deposits. When pulling out bowls from the cupboards for breakfast we discovered the remains of a previous guests meals still in the bowls that had been put away. It really was disappointing as the location was good and room sizes were adequate but we would NEVER stay here again while it is in such poor and filthy conditions. I couldn't post this without giving at least one star.. but its worth none. Definitely give this place a miss.. !!
