  The 1-star is for the specific Branch not the actual bank.
  
  I feel like the staff here need to be trained properly when doing simple tasks as into open a bank account. They could not open a bank account for me as I didn't have efficient proof of ID. As I'm walking out I ended up registering within 5 minutes. I come back to open a youth account under my account and one of the staff members say that my account is not verified yet and they'll need physical verification for myself (mind you they said I only needed physical ID for my child, this is the second time coming here). I yet still haven't received this suppos'ed 'verify ID' for my account and been using it since to withdraw, deposit and transfer.
  
  I understand what they were trying to tell me but this could've been resolved if I had been told this the first time I was coming in. I then went to another branch and surprise, I was assisted and opened a youth account with the exact documents I had in this branch.
  
  Please let your clients know that If you don't know how to do something rather than making them run up and down for no reason. Other than this branch, the bank itself is amazing.

  Unprofessional customer service and lack of product knowledge by Anita from Personal loan lending team. Unable to answer a simple question related to the same product that she was specialising in (Personal loan). I simply asked her what type of a card would I be getting with my personal loan, instead of answering my question, she attempted to palm me off to another department. She didn't provide me a satisfactory answer and rudely terminated the call.

  Lovely bank. I can't express how much I love working with this bank. I have saved so much money going with a really low fixed loan with CUA (compared to other banks fixed loans). Their Fixed home loan is cheaper then their variable, It's the best win, win I have had from a bank.
  
  Their staff rock and are very helpful. Love working with them.

  The Parramatta branch are very friendly and helpful staff. They've resolved all my queries and are there for me when I need them. It feels like going to family when I turn up at their office.
