    Really poor experience, however I feel sorry for the poor lady behind the counter because they are understaffed and she clearly isn't able to cope alone. 5 angry customers at once must be hard to manage. They ran out of so much or their stock meaning they weren't able to make half of their drinks. I was told "we've run out of original cups so you're going to have to order a medium". Needs a management upgrade.
