- Peter Morgan Added August 08, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★I had not had the pleasure of experiencing Bikram Yoga before and I was encouraged to go along by a work colleague who also went to the classes. My first experience was awesome, I was greeted by Melanie who was very friendly and instantly made me feel at home.
The Class was intense in a good way and the postures really compliment my other training, it helps to really improve the body and mind. The studio is very well presented with excellent amenities. Melanie is excellent running the class and if you are just starting out she gives you the extra attention you need to assist you in getting into the right postures. I would highly recommend Bikram Yoga Parramatta to anyone thinking of going.
