They said the contact lenses order nomarlly take 2 weeks but my wife has to wait for almost 2 months. We have to contact them several times and they didnt even apologize for the delay.

I think optometrists do not have a good communication with store staff regarding to what customer really need. Staff do not know and optometrists only work casually.
