  I'm overjoyed to write this review of "Claire Xiong", my property manager.
  
  We finally have a great manager because her kindness and willingness to listen to all the problems with the rental property. She then fixed each problems carefully, and I am very pleased with her dedication to getting them all resolved.
  
  She is always accessible and used to follow up till the problem was resolved.

  From the first point of contact, to follow through on handing over the keys for a commercial property, Rocco and the team at R&W Parramatta were absolutely fantastic.   I am happy about R & W, it’s red logo always brings some joys to me.
  I am even more happy our new property manager: Claire Xiong!!
  Claire is easy to communicate, can understand things in the best angle, fix any issues in the most efficient way. Of course, many efforts behind!
  I believe she can help R&W Parramatta warm many landlords hearts for her excellent service!

  Rocco and his team were so professional and supportive during the whole process. Selling a home during a pandemic is a challenge in its own right. Faced with lockdowns, constant changes to the rules. Rocco was tenacious in his approach delivered outstanding results for me! Communication was key during the whole process and I was regularly kept up to date by Rocco and his team. This helped make the process easy and without stress, especially since it was the first time I was selling a home. Rocco and his team were very respectful and accommodating for the tenants residing the in home during the selling process as well. The tenants only had positive things to say their experience with the R&W Parramatta Team. During the whole process, from start to finish, I knew I was being taken care of and in the best hands possible. Thank you.

  Lauran Harvey has to be one of the most hardworking, friendly and accommodating agents I’ve ever had. Every issue with our property was addressed immediately and rectified and she checks in regularly to ensure everything is well.

  Rocco helped me sell my unit quickly and for a good price by not only suggesting but also arranging staging and repair works. All done while I was out of state. He kept in constant contact and updated me with all important info. I would highly recommend him.

  I am so glad to put a review for Melanie Stanford. She is very hardworking, has a business ethic, and her customer services are extremely high level, which was beyond my expectation. Melanie is very easily approachable and knowledgeable. she has been super responsive And supportive

  I would give them negative stars if we have it. The property manager name called Melanie Stanford was very rude and she told my partner another co applicant didn’t need to fill up the application form so I didn't fill up and when I got there she asked me to fill it. There is no proper procedure and they will ask you random things to you if they didn't like you. No respect to the tenant or customer.

  Telly from R&W is highly professional to deal with, I have received frank and honest market opinions from Telly that greatly assisted me in making the right decisions to sell my property. Telly is really pleasant to deal with and he will provide good advice on how you can improve the property to achieve the best price. Untypically for agents, Telly will also tell you what you don’t need to spend money on that will not get you the return on investment. Telly assisted me with all the quotations to freshen up the property, he also assisted in negotiating the best trade price for the works. The property was successfully sold with no hustles at all. I would highly recommend Telly to anyone looking to sell their property.
