  Went to the one on level 5. They do the job and get it done quickly, I was in and out in 45mins with a full acrylic set for $55. Compared to other places this price is reasonable and will be coming back mainly because they are quick and the work is neat. Gave 4 stars because they are a bit rough but my fingers were not sore after because they are careful around the cuticle and natural nail.

  My daughter and I had a good experience at level 1. My daughter got nails for her birthday and THREE weeks later they are still going strong. Staff were friendly as always. I've been going here for years and never had an issue.

  Pedicure and Manicure was good. Got colour on nails as well, just plain colour, not acrylic, gel or dip powder. I am dropping a star, as I get manicures often and it seemed to have take a longer than normal period for the nails to dry and I smudged my nails :(

  I just went to get my eyebrows waxed. The lady screwed it up real bad and when I told her that it does not match she started giving me attitude. She literally screwed the shape of my eye brows and really pathetic service. I would highly recommend not to go to that place. Really disappointed with the results.

  I don’t usually leave bad reviews as I understand that due to the lockdown businesses are getting back to normal so I am usually very understanding. However, on Sunday I got my nails done and they fell off by Tuesday. I called the store up and explained the situation and asked for a refund. The manager blamed me and said I must have bad nails and when I tried to explain to him that the lady only went over my nails with one coat and I’ve never had this happen at another store. He then accused me of lying and said I’m just making up stories. I am really upset because I paid a lot of money and I didn’t receive what I asked for.

  Have been to this salon multiple times, and unfortunately after today it will be my last.
  
  Went in to get SNS removal, manicure and polish ($30) and all started well, but then they started to rush the paint job. Then the ladies all gathered around the wash area and left me to my own devices (after I had paid). The lady who painted my nails, along with three others all left without seeing me; to which another lady came over and said I was good to leave.
  
  Not even 7 minutes later when I tried to open a bottle of water and the paint on my nails moved, leaving me with the most hideous looking nails. Of course I Decided to go back to see them about it and they were all gone and closed.
  
  Not sure if I can be given a refund or whatever because I was never given a receipt. Extremely dissapointing. Would give them 0 stars if possible.
