Unfortunately I was wearing the pair at the time so I didn’t exactly have the option to return it. The shoe itself was fine but now just looks very weird with two different sized laces.

I bought a shoes at the sale price and then had to exchange it for size within 4 days and they said that the sale is over and I had to pay the original price. While buying I clearly asked about the exchange and the person had said that I could exchange within 90 days or something. It’s not correct and the exchange should be done at the same price at which it was bought. Not happy.

We were served and looked after by Janelle. You were patient, let us try half the shoes in the store and were honest with what was good and what wasn't. You even saved us money on recommending the Adidas shoes. Your service was top notch.
In the end we walked out with 3 pairs of shoes and accessories at a bargain price. Thank you!
