  Very large store with good branded goods. Conveniently located in westfields. Has friendly staff willing to help and take time to explain things. They also do price matching, which is great! The store gives excellent post purchase support, easy returns/refunds, etc. They also have an online store option with their membership card, which gives you further discounts! We bought many things here for our baby and are very happy with them.

  I am extremely annoyed and disappointed with the lack of product knowledge from the staff at this store including the manager. I went in to purchase a second seat for the strider compact as I was aware that the fabric could be removed and the frame could attach to the lower part of the compact to facilitate the capsule on the bottom. None of the staff knew that this was possible and actually tried to tell me that it wasn't possible to have the capsule on the bottom and if I did that it would be unsafe. I asked for them to let me show them using the display seat so I could be sure it would work and they would not allow me to without first paying for the product. So I paid for it, and at the front of the store, removed it from the box, removed the fabric and connected it to my compact and placed the capsule on. They were in shock and still tried to tell me that it wasn't secure. I get home and was looking through the user manual that came with the second seat and what do you know, it has pictures of all of the different seating variations you can use and the capsule on the bottom was one of them. It also had instructions on how to remove the fabric from the second seat to use the frame on the bottom for the capsule, and also shows instructions on how to secure it in place. I spent almost an hour in the store waiting for assistance, speaking to uneducated staff AND managers. I think they need to get on top of their product knowledge and have the staff trained better!

  Extremely negative customer service!
  A big retail chain, refuse my enquiry over the phone about the ETA about the item I am looking for.
  The reason is:
  1. We do not know what head office has ordered. (you should have a GREAT SYSTEM to tracking what has ordered by judging you have a BIG RETAIL STORE NOT a family business)
  2. We do not know how to check. (DID you even provided with training when you started?
  I will never walk in this store!
