When I got there, the guy in charge just told me no without even looking at my booking. He was incredibly rude about it as well and refused to even let me finish when I asked why the website would let me book when they were supposedly closed at 5pm. I understand how busy they might get given the location and that technical errors and difficulties happen, however they were so rude and unwilling to even suggest I come back another day or what time they'd be less busy, so I won't even contemplate coming back. I went to a different car wash immediately who were so friendly and accommodating so I'm highly unimpressed with this service.
