The staff were extremely helpful - the advice between the in house seamstresses was a little inconsistent however they were very willing to listen and discuss options. After going to a few bridal stores I would highly recommend Bridal Secrets to anyone. Shirley in particular was amazing to deal with!

I went to Bridal Secrets with my parents 12 months out from my wedding, and we picked a dress within an hour. I looked and felt like a princess and knew it would be perfect. Fast forward to May 2019, and I had just found out I was pregnant. one of the first places I called was Bridal Secrets, I would be 24 weeks pregnant on my wedding day, was there anything they could do?! They were absolutely seamless, nothing was any issue, they removed the zipper and replaced it with a lace up back with no trouble. They added extra bustles to bring my train up off the ground so my husband and I could dance together, and they did all this, only 3 weeks out from my wedding to ensure my growing baby bump would fit. All the staff were lovely, professional and accommodating, all the costs were upfront, and any extra work was quoted before it was completed. I can highly recommend Bridal Secrets to anyone looking for their perfect dress!

She was nice, professional and knew what she was doing. Provided us with knowledge and professionalism. Will prb come here for my own wedding dress hehe

Although I have since found and purchased a gown elsewhere, I would still like to commend Donna for her professional and friendly service.
