I was greeted by Nina in the Bank and she sat down and assisted me straight away. She went through everything and some of the information I put online was wrong. She spent the time fixing it and was the only reason I decided to stay with this bank was because nina was helpful and understanding. She spoke to me about all of my options and made me feel comfortable and understood. Thank you so much Nina

Anthony came up to me and advise me to and assisted my wife, mother and me in opening joint and separate account. Within 10 min our accounts were open. THANK YOU Anthony , keep up the good work.

Only 1 teller working in the whole bank.. tried to deposit money into the atm, it ate the money and said have a good day. Wanted in line for 1 hour to resolve the issue.. said they will open a dispute which will take 6 weeks. Absolute garbage and they're not even sorry about it.
- Stephanie Payne Added October 17, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Each time I go here to cash a cheque for work I'm always met by a 2 hour line up and staff who seem like they've had enough of the complaints and rude customers and are never smiling. It's quite disgusting what this has come to. More and more people coming into Australia and you want to take services away from us, daily life is hard enough without this contribution.
