  We just purchased a NX350H from Lexus Parramatta, from the time we went for a test drive, then to book the car and pay the deposit, till we got the car the experience was Warm, Friendly and Professional. Everything was in order. Alex Gharibi from sales always welcomed us with a smile, was courteous and friendly every time we came in to Lexus. Excellent service, please keep up the excellent work.

  We are so pleased with our Lexus purchase. The moment we walked into Lexus Parramatta, Dennis and Liam greeted us and they were very helpful. We are very happy with all of the staff with the delivery of our car. The staff are very helpful, the general manager in particular was very kind and friendly. Thank you to car care and the delivery team for taking care of us. Also thank you Albert from the finance team for all your help!

  I found the representation excellent. Clarifying my questions with answers I understood. The compassion & patients and so well mannered. Thank you Fred and Albert. Sadly credit card fee are a big disappointment enforced by the mean spirited owner. Otherwise a lovely car & pleasant transaction over all.

  Alex Gharibi has an extensive knowledge of and experience in understanding his customers and their needs, while the Reception Lady Sarah Wilson is just fantastic in providing the friendly and consistent customer service. In my opinion, a good salesperson should be like a good doctor who knows how to read the mind of his patient. Mr. Gharibi is one of such a kind of professional who not only has a good product knowledge but also knows how to read a customer's mind and accordingly assist them patiently with the right product to the right person. He also helped us make certain decisions when we were struggling a bit, specially with the colour, enhancement accessories and maintaining the car going forward.
  
  In a word, he is one of the best sales executives we as family have ever met. If any customer or family is looking for a family or business car, they should simply go to Alex and get his professional service by closing their eyes. Giving his service just 5 stars will be quite low, so I am happy to give him 100 stars. He probably deserves to be in a better position than where he currently belongs. Wish you all the very best my dear friend Alex and also Sarah in your future endeavour. Cheers.

  I have recently purchased Lexus RX350L from Lexus of Parramatta and I must tell you my overall experience was outstanding.
  The entire staff were very supportive from the very first day (test drive until the final vehicle delivery).
