- Nidhi Manawa Added October 01, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Left my car for servicing and was told that engine has few very minor leaks but couldn't really tell whereabout its leaking so they called me to ask if they could use degreaser at this stage and have another go after a week to be more specific about leaks. so I took my car , early morning around 8.30 on 15/11/16( exactly after a week). I waited for their call all day but didn't receive any. I called them In the afternoon & after work in the evening to find out what's happening but was told that the mechanic is checking it now ( around 5 pm & they close at 5.30). Next morning (Wednesday) I was again waiting for their call till 10.30 but didn't receive any so I had to call them again to find out what's happening and complained of this disgusting customer service and was told they tried calling me early morning but no one answered the phone( my partner number he mentioned). When I spoke to my partner, found out She didn't receive any phone call from them. By this stage , I was totally frustrated by their customer service & decided not to get my car fixed from them. Finally on Thursday when I went to pick my car up & told them of their disgusting customer service & lies of calling us on which the manager said he can check on the phone & could show me the call record of my partner being called. Eventually he went through it & couldn't find any record of us ( me or my partner)being called. It was really frustrated & disgusted service I have ever had.
