    This is the tenth vehicle we have bought through Lexus Parramatta and we have always found their approach professional and down to earth.
    There is no high pressure tactics, just a focus on us as a customer and what we need. If fact these guys will talk themselves out of a sale if they don’t think they have a car that will suit.

    This is related for all Lexus dealerships, but is also valid for Lexus of Parramatta.
    You need to do more for owners of older Lexus cars. They act as if its not even a Lexus anymore, I asked for a logbook service and apparently they don’t do it anymore, and a simple oil change and filter ($70 wholesale) was $400.

    Fabulous service. I bought my car sight unseen. Rick was wonderful getting the car from a dealer when he couldn’t supply me the car I wanted. He got a great price for me and was always contactable prior to collection of my beautiful car.
