    Absolutely disgraceful.Non existent service. After being subjected to mountains of paperwork witnessed by a JP, two visits from proof of identity people and having paid our home loan off over 10 years ago they have not released our deeds to our property.

    Customer service is simply terrible. The hotline waiting time is invariably 30-60 minutes and I have never received a the call back with the call back option. I can't find the online chat option and responses to emails are usually 24-48 hours so don't expect to do anything in a hurry with these guys.
